WIL focuses on preparing individuals for positions in the Canadian work environment. All potential candidates must first complete an employment preparation program where they learn about Canadian workplace culture, team dynamics and what a Canadian employer expects of an employee beyond the job itself. Many participants have years of training and experience in their respective industries, and all must meet minimum English language benchmarks to ensure they are job-ready and proficient in the workplace.
WIL's first priority is to understand your business needs. Certainly, we need to know the skills and qualifications you require. Beyond that, we will ask you questions about your broader corporate environment, the kind of employees you like to hire (and have a history of working well with), and the shared values of your company and its employees. We take the time to understand the bigger picture so we can help you find a person who is not only qualified, but is the right fit for your workplace.
