Wil Employment Connections is a not-for-profit organization that has been providing quality employment services and supports in London and area for over 30 years. Currently we are recruiting for members of the Board of Directors. WIL serves more than 1000 clients annually. Our clients come from all walks of life and circumstances. Approximately 80% are newcomers or immigrants to Canada.
The Age-Friendly London Network (AFLN) Civic Participation and Employment group is looking to better support the mature worker in London. For various reasons, many of them are choosing to work beyond retirement. The goal of this questionnaire is to collect more information regarding the mature job seeker, and his/her past or current experiences looking for employment. AFLN hopes to use the information from the survey to provide mature adults with the better tools they need to navigate the work force, and better employment services.
