The Access Centre for Regulated Employment provides information and application assistance to internationally trained individuals seeking licensure or related employment in Ontario's regulated professions. Serving all of Southwestern Ontario, the Access Centre assists clients in understanding and navigating the complex processes of Ontario's regulatory bodies. The Access Centre assists employers in meeting their Human Resource needs.

The London Cross Cultural Learner Centre (CCLC) exists to foster a more just community, both globally and locally, by educating individuals and groups about issues of international development and by promoting the understanding and resolution of immigrant, refugee, and minority group and cross cultural concerns in Canada.


The Centre (CCLC) provides assistance to newcomers and minority groups in the London area to enable community involvement, cultural expression and enrichment and the development of political, social and environment awareness.

The Elgin Middlesex Oxford Workforce Planning and Development Board (EMOWPDB) is a not-for-profit corporation with a mandate to facilitate local community workforce planning.  The workforce planning is based on local labour market information and engages the broader community to participate in the actions developed through the demand-driven process. The EMOWPDB is part of the Local Boards of Ontario Network.
