Abilities and Possibilities: This assessment measures aptitude in numerical computation, numerical reasoning, clerical perception, vocabulary, spatial reasoning and inductive reasoning, in addition to interest in 66 categories of work. Clients’ interests are grouped from not at all interested to extremely interested, and a low, medium or high aptitude rating is assigned to each field based on the individual’s combination of aptitudes. This assessment also identifies probability of success in a two year, four year and post-graduate program, based on academic aptitude scores.
K.E.V.A.S. : KEVAS measures an individual’s skill level in 18 functional abilities and also includes a personal information survey for career planning purposes. Clients receive a report that identifies their strengths, weaknesses and interests, which are then associated with four different levels of career matches. KEVAS also identifies learning style and potential conflicts to vocational success. KEVAS has a wide variety of uses but is particularly helpful in assessing career matches with a physical component such as apprenticeship.

Career Cruising: This is a short interest survey that can be used as a gentle introduction to career planning or as a complement to our menu of aptitude and personality assessments. Matches are hyperlinked to Canadian occupational information for occupational research.
Typefocus Careers: This assessment uses a Myers-Briggs type model to identify personality strengths and workplace preferences. It produces three separate reports on self-awareness, career strategy and job search relating to an individual’s personality type. Clients are given passwords that allow them ongoing access to their report as well as the career planning, education, and training web-sites/activities linked to their report.
Personal Characteristics: This assessment uses the DISC theory to help clients identify their work style, adapted work style and ideal work environment. It also ascertains their personality strengths as well as potential weaknesses, communication style, needs in a work environment and potential career matches based on work preferences. Personal Characteristics is used for career planning and team building.
SkillScan: This survey allows an individual to assess their competence in numerous skill areas and to identify their greatest strengths from six major skill categories. These skills are then associated with potentially matching fields of work for occupational research. Areas for professional development may also be identified.
Entrepreneur Report: This assessment uses a combination of Strong Interest Inventory and Myers-Briggs assessments to identify an individual’s entrepreneurial potential in various aspects of self-employment.
