The Community Access Program (CAP) is a Government of Canada initiative (funded by Industry Canada), which aims to provide Canadians with affordable public access to the Internet and the skills they need to use it effectively. WIL is the network coordinator for the London CAP Network.
The London CAP Network consists of 39 sites located at publicly accessible locations throughout our community. All sites provide public access to the Internet and helpful support to assist you in accessing the computer resources available. Many job seekers utlilize community CAP sites to perform their job search, and access email and computer software.
