Employment Preparation Programs
WIL 's Employment Preparation workshops are designed to help you job search with both confidence and success. Our programs offer a series of workshops focusing on:
- Resumes
- Effective Job Search Strategies
- Job Interviews
- Canadian Business Culture
- Employment Standards & Employee Rights
- Workplace Success & Employer Expectations
WIL's Sales & Marketing Team works with participants after completion of the workshops to identify and connect with local companies to secure employment.
Upon completion of the Employment Preparation programs, individuals may also choose to participate in our 8-week Volunteer Work Placement program with a local employer (subject to employer participation).
