WIL is the managing partner of Skills International - Canada's largest online database of internationally trained individuals seeking employment. Skills International connects internationally trained individuals with employers seeking their skills.
Graduates of WIL's Employment Preparation program are registered with Skills International. Once registered, employers can access a complete picture of candidates' skills and qualifications through the website to facilitate informed employment decisions. In addition to posting the traditional resume, candidates are encouraged to post copies of degrees, certificates and letters of recommendation.
Candidates are capable of tracking the number of employer hits their profile has received to gain valuable knowledge about the types of companies and industries seeking their skill-sets and qualifications.
